Over the course of 6 months, renowned Holistic Artist Coach Wendy Parr will guide you from feeling uncertain about the future of your artistic vision to being fully in tune with yourself and actually being able to communicate and direct your team to execute it, so every piece of art represents you.

You don’t have to try to figure it out anymore, because you will have figured out YOU.
WHAT IS COMPASS: This is an online program, which means you’ll be able to meet with artists all over the world. You’ll have the chance to cross-pollinate with visionaries from a diverse background. Each week of the 6-month program is your opportunity to elevate your authenticity and brand.
Every month, you’ll spend 2 hours with Wendy diving into the various aspects of your career with consistent communication and feedback for the entirety of the program via the online platform.
You’ll connect with the other artists throughout the program to explore identity, visuals, purpose, design, and your unique sound.
Once a month for 6 months, you’ll meet in a small group with industry mentors - A&R, Managers, Creative Directors, and Publishers who will share their expertise and guide you as you work on aspects of your projects.
Compass will involve think tanks, hot seats, and hang time - this is your space to be vulnerable and get real with a group of peers who get it, who are in there with you and share your drive and passion for music.

You might be curious why we require an application.
While Compass is an incredibly powerful program, not everyone is ready for it.
In order to be as effective, Compass requires participants to be highly committed and ready to make changes within themselves.
If you’re not ready for this commitment or at the beginning stages of your career, feel free to reach out and my team can make the best recommendation for where you should start in The Parr Method.

With limited spaces available for each cycle of Compass, there is a selection process for applicants. I'm looking for motivated and talented individuals who are ready to take the next step on this journey with me.
Over the course of my extensive career coaching music artists to genuine breakthroughs, I’ve discovered real change requires time. This is why I designed COMPASS to last 6 months.
Your investment in the COMPASS Artist Development Program includes intimate access to Wendy (Me!), weekly online meetings, daily communication in our private Discord group, monthly meetings with high-level industry mentors, and an ongoing online community of incredible creative music artists.
To ensure myself and the program are hyper-focused on the development of those involved, we’re limiting this cycle to 30 artists. After these 30 spots are filled we will have to close the doors on this enrollment period.
COMPASS is normally $3,500. However, we’re choosing one lucky winner for a sponsored spot in Compass courtesy of Rise.

Wendy Parr, Holistic Vocal + Artist Development Coach, and Founder of The Parr Method, has spent 30 years in the entertainment industry empowering recording artists to develop their authentic voice with confidence and consistency under any circumstance. The philosophy of The Parr Method is to help artists identify mental and physical limitations, find their power through presence and emotion, and impart tools + knowledge to expand on their ability.
